PerceptForm Partnership with SolidBlock to Impact Diversity in Property Ownership at at-Risk Communities

Christopher Perceptions, the Founder of PerceptForm, is a social entrepreneur who has recently partnered with SolidBlock. This partnership offers a new avenue for dealing with systemic problems minorities face as a result of real estate related issues.

Christopher, a young Milwaukee native, has been cultivating impactful creative assets per individual & corporate commission for the past 10 years. He founded PerceptForm as a cryptocurrency and blockchain technology company. Its focus is to educate at-risk communities about real estate development, cryptocurrency financial services, and assist with job creation by providing the community with the tools to grow and flourish.

PerceptForm and SolidBlock’s partnership is one step closer to offering tokenization as a means to build diversity in property ownership, as well as support minority businesses & neighborhoods. The goal is to empower renters to become homeowners of affordable homes by making small investments in their own communities, incentivizing the growth of their local communities.

Tokenization is a process that takes a physical asset and converts it into tokens that can be bought, sold, and traded like shares. SolidBlock’s digital securities issuance platform has been used for facilitating tokenization of commercial assets but is now also used to facilitate residential, single, and multifamily property, including affordable homes assets.

SolidBlock welcomes PerceptForm’s partnership and looks forward to utilizing the technology to build an ecofriendly society we all want to be part of.
