Prior to founding Lever Capital Partners, Adam was managing director of AFC Realty Capital, where he served as a leader of the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group. With over 15 years of real estate financing experience, Adam is the point person for joint venture equity transactions and oversees the firm’s restructuring platform.
Julio Gonzalez, Founder & CEO, Engineered Tax Services, Inc.
Mr. Julio P. Gonzalez founded the Gonzalez Family Office and is the CEO and Founder of Engineered Tax Services, Inc. – the largest specialty tax engineering firm in the US, with 26 offices. Mr. Gonzalez operational companies invest primarily in real estate, private equity, and venture capital.
Melissa Libner, Head of Marketing – EAST at Knotel
Melissa began her 20 year real estate career at SL Green Realty Corp., NYC’s largest landlord, where she was the REIT’s first Director of Marketing. From this highly visible platform, she took her expertise to VTS, becoming the company’s first Head of Marketing and helping a once unknown start-up, become a billion dollar SAAS platform in the CRE Tech space. After the birth of her daughter, Melissa began consulting for landlords, developers and start-ups, helping multifamily and commercial owners rebrand, expand digital footprints and create marketing success strategies. Melissa currently heads up marketing for the east coast at Knotel.
